Vendor Spotlight of the Week - Separk Mansion

Our venue spotlight of the week is a hidden treasure that leaves couples breathless when entering. Whether the glistening chandeliers, the grand entrance staircase, or the instant homey feeling you get, Separk Mansion is a space many brides can picture hosting their big day. The mansion was built by the Separk family in 1919, but the current owners bought the space and after two years of renovations, this spectacular space has been hosting weddings for five years now. Their brand of southern hospitality makes everyone feel welcome from start to finish with their high level of service.

Tim Clark is the owner of Separk Mansion while Brittanie Pate is the Manager. Her position entails overseeing all weddings and handling wedding coordination as well. Whether orders or staffing, her main goal is making sure all is running smoothly. A lot of people in this industry have like-minded values, so Brittanie says getting close with those she works with and the connections she makes allows her to do her job without it feeling like work. Kinsey is also a full-time coordinator that works right with Brittanie so all grounds are covered. They believe in having them handle all the chaos as it is the couple’s one big day. Their number one focus is keeping all stress off the bride, especially the day of her wedding.

A major key factor of Separk is their “Inclusive Package” that has much more than most venues included. Whether catering, bar, cake, or rentals, Separk believes by making the experience as simple and easy-going as possible allows couples to enjoy their entire experience without being overwhelmed.

Venue rental of the mansion includes 9 hours of indoor and outdoor usage as only one wedding a day is hosted. The entire mansion is rented, not parts. A key factor that this venue offers is their “Inclusive Package” that has much more than most venues included. Two-month wedding coordination, day of coordination, point of contact during full process, decorations, tables, chairs, linens, cake, centerpieces, and four hours of open beer & wine are all included. Making the experience as simple and easy-going as possible allows couples to enjoy their entire experience without being overwhelmed.

The vendors they recommend and work with most are a direct reflection on the mansion in their eyes. They look for vendors that provide the same level of service as they do whether friendly to work with or reliable. Brittanie said, “It makes us happy when brides let us know they have already chosen SSS. We know we will not have to worry about anything. If they haven’t chosen a DJ yet, we always recommend Split Second!” We have to agree - When we provide entertainment for Separk Mansion couples, we instantly get excited because we know it all will go off without a hitch and be an epic party!

With their success exceeding expectations every single year, we can only imagine what the years to come have in store for this venue! To the entire Separk Mansion team, we thank you for your constant support and confidence in our services. Bring on another wedding season with this crew - We are so ready!
